Luz Padilla-Niemann rose through the ranks of the automotive industry to become a nationally recognized leader in business development, digital retail, and dealer operations. She has guided dealership networks through EV adoption, DMS migrations, and the implementation of new retail platforms — earning two regional Sales Manager of the Year awards, the Be Bold Award for innovation, and the GM Community Service Award along the way.
In one region she supported, five out of six dealership teams earned Dealer of the Year recognition — a direct result of the performance culture and operational strategy she helped build alongside dealer partners.
Driven by ambition, curiosity, and a deep belief in continuous improvement, Luz's journey began on the assembly line of a major automotive manufacturer — where she learned that great operations are built by understanding the work, respecting the people doing it, and building systems that allow teams to win.
Over time she saw a broader opportunity: many businesses were struggling to keep pace with rapid technological change while still trying to grow revenue. They didn't need another tool — they needed a strategic partner who understood both business development and emerging technology. That realization led to the creation of Wilder Tech.
Today, through Wilder Tech, Luz helps business owners, dealership groups, and leadership teams unlock growth by aligning strategy, operations, and intelligent tools — including AI — to drive measurable results. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on outcomes.
